學術成果

主要從事織紋螺科Nassariidae (Mollusca: Neogastropoda) 貝類的分子系統學研究。通過一代和二代測序相結合的方法,獲取線粒體基因組和核基因片段作為分子标記,運用分子系統學理論和方法,研究、比較貝類線粒體基因組的結構與變化,進行物種鑒定;探讨貝類種、屬、科等各類群間的系統發生關系。主要成果如下:

1. 通過比較線粒體基因組分析發現中國沿海的秀麗織紋螺Reticunassa festiva存在兩個隐存種;

2. 重建了印度-太平洋海域織紋螺屬Nassarius的系統發生關系,數據支持從Nassarius屬中劃出一個新屬;

3. 重建了地中海-大西洋海域織紋螺Tritia屬的系統發生關系,并對Tritia屬的分類學進行了修訂;

4. 探究了秀麗織紋螺Reticunassa festiva在中國沿海兩個同域分布支系的系統地理格局,推測了造成兩個支系分化的可能原因以及影響現階段遺傳分布的原因。

目前研究方向主要集中在以下幾個方面:

1. 海洋貝類的多樣性、分類、系統演化;

2. 海洋貝類養殖與育種研究;

3. 貝類比較基因組學研究。
