學術成果
本人于2015年開始，即在中山大學開展石斑魚的性别分化和性逆轉的分子機制研究。目前主持國家自然科學基金青年項目1項，中山大學高校基本科研業務費項目1項。近五年以第一作者發表SCI論文7篇。主要研究成果為：① 結合多組學分析，嘗試從不同的角度（組織、細胞群、單細胞）闡釋斜帶石斑魚性逆轉的機制；② 在石斑魚性逆轉過程中發現多種基因和通路發生顯著變化，不同的細胞類群發揮不同的作用，并且染色質的開放性發生了劇烈變化；③ 結合單細胞轉錄組測序分析，繪制了斜帶石斑魚性别分化過程中的細胞圖譜，發現并鑒定了多個新的細胞特異性标記基因和細胞亞群，勾勒了生殖細胞和體細胞的分化軌迹。這些研究結果豐富了雌雄同體魚類性别分化和性逆轉分子機制的研究内涵。
