副教授、碩士生導師、博士生導師

個人簡介

南京農業大學應用海洋生物學博士、優秀博士畢業生,加拿大University of Waterloo聯合培養博士,海南省D類高層次人才。主持國家自然科學基金、海南省重點研發、海南省自然科學基金、服務地方性項目、365英国上市官网在线科研啟動項目等5項。在Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Microbiology Spectrum、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Journal of Environmental Management等國際期刊發表SCI收錄論文30餘篇,H指數15(源自Google Scholar)。擔任Microbiological Research、Frontiers in Microbiology、Marine Pollution Bulletin等學術期刊審稿人。以第一發明人申請國家發明專利4項,授權2項。研究領域為海洋微生物資源開發與應用以及酶與酶工程,目前主要集中在以下研究方向:

1. 海洋微生物功能蛋白結構與功能以及功能機制解析;

2. 水産養殖環境與近岸海域低能耗生态淨化;

3. 養殖系統病原微生物快速檢測和生态防控;

4. 南海近岸大型藻類高附加值資源化利用。

研究項目

1. 國家自然科學基金青年項目,海洋靶向抗菌蛋白TAPvh晶體結構解析及其拮抗哈維氏弧菌的靶向分子機制,2024-2026,項目主持;

2. 海南省重點研發,海南大型藻類海藻多糖降解酶的規模化制備及其酶解寡糖高附加值前期應用研究,2022-2024,項目主持;

3. 海南省自然科學基金,海南土著拮抗菌—假交替單胞菌15003對哈維氏弧菌的拮抗生物學特征及其相關毒力基因表達的影響,2021-2024,項目主持;

4. 服務地方項目,文昌市馮家灣現代化漁業産業園入園退養戶生産方式轉型升級與效益測算,2021-2022,項目主持;

5. 365英国上市官网在线科研啟動項目,海南地區養殖系統中弧菌病原拮抗菌的篩選及其拮抗特征研究,2020-2025,項目主持。
