文鑫 副教授

個人簡介

文鑫，365英国上市官网在线副教授，理學博士，博士研究生導師，海南省D類高層次人才。從事南海魚類遺傳與育種的研究工作，研究方向為經濟魚類的人工繁育、基因組選擇育種、經濟性狀的遺傳解析。主持國家自然科學青年基金項目1項、國家重點研發項目子課題1項、海南省重點研發項目1項、海南省自然科學青年基金1項、365英国上市官网在线協同創新中心科研項目1項、365英国上市官网在线科研啟動基金項目1項。先後參與國家重點研發計劃項目、國家自然科學基金項目、海南省重大科技計劃項目、海南省重點研發計劃等課題6項。參與完成石斑魚人工繁育、石斑魚雌核生殖育種、石斑魚多倍體育種、黃颡魚雜交育種、暗紋東方鲀抗寒育種等多項工作。第一作者或通訊作者發表SCI學術論文13篇，獲授權發明專利1項。

學術成果

從事經濟魚類遺傳與育種的研究，成果應用于生産并推動相關産業的發展。主要的創新成果如下：

1.聚焦魚類衍變過程中基因組變化的内在聯系，探讨其環境适應性進化的潛在規律，揭示魚類應對負面環境的調控機制，為創制魚類優良品種提供基礎資料。

2.探索礁栖魚類的不同體色形成規律，全面解析鰓棘鲈屬豹紋鰓棘鲈基因組信息，為開展豹紋鰓棘鲈體色全基因組選育提供基礎資料。

3.突破世界瀕危物種波紋唇魚生殖調控和規模化人工繁育技術，獲院士專家組鑒定“國際領先成果”；全球首次獲得人工雌核生殖石斑魚優良家系及異源多倍體石斑魚群體，顯著提高育種效率。

目前主要研究方向：
