個人簡介:
1983年生,博士、教授,魚類生物技術與種質創新團隊Co-PI,中國實驗動物學會水生實驗動物專業委員會秘書長。在Science China Life Sciences, Development,PLOS Genetics,Endocrinology,Frontiers in Endocrinology等學術刊物上發表論文40餘篇, 多篇高引論文和亮點推薦論文,授權國家發明專利多項。
學術成果:
圍繞魚類生殖細胞發育和生物技術研究方向,闡明了斑馬魚性腺發育和配子發生進程;解析了雄激素在魚類性腺發育、配子發生、生殖行為中的調控作用;揭示了控制生殖幹細胞向卵母細胞分化的關鍵因子及其作用機制;實現多種魚類生精細胞的精細分型和鑒定;建成了普适性高的魚類借腹生殖技術體系;實現用小型實驗魚快速生産草魚、團頭鲂等大型經濟魚的成熟精子。
研究方向:
1. 海水經濟魚類基因編輯和借腹生殖前沿育種技術研究;
2. 海洋活性物質評價實驗魚模型的定制與規模化生産。
