個人簡介：
1976年生，博士、二級研究員、國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者、國家優秀青年科學基金獲得者、國家重點研發計劃重點專項首席。國家水生生物種質資源庫主任、國家斑馬魚資源中心主任、國際斑馬魚學會理事和提名委員會委員、中國實驗動物學會理事、水生實驗動物專委會主任委員、中國動物學會理事、斑馬魚分會副主委兼秘書長、發育生物學分會委員、中國遺傳學會模式生物遺傳學分會副主委、中國水産學會水産生物技術與遺傳育種專業委員會委員、中國細胞生物學會發育生物學分會委員；Zoological Research、Agriculture、Water Biology and Security等SCI期刊編委。
在Nature Communications（X3）、Advanced Science、Genome Research、PLOS Biology、Cell Research、Science Bulletin等學術期刊發表論文120餘篇，多篇封面論文和亮點推薦論文。先後榮獲中國科學院盧嘉錫青年科技獎、首屆中國水産青年科技獎、中國動物學會長隆獎、法中科學與應用基金會卡恩-岡獎等獎項。
學術成果：
主要從事魚類生殖細胞發育與前沿育種技術研究，闡明了調控魚類配子發生和胚胎發育的新因子和新機制，突破了魚類誘導型原始生殖細胞的新理論和新技術，實現了魚類基因編輯配子借腹生殖技術的突破，牽頭完成了“斑馬魚1号染色體全基因敲除計劃”，主持建成了全球三大庫之一的中國國家斑馬魚資源中心，相關研究成果入選國家“十三五”科技創新成就展。
