個人簡介
中國科學院水生生物研究所博士(1994-1999)、中國科學院海洋研究所博士後(1999-2001)、日本東京大學海洋研究所JSPS特别研究員(2001-2005)、中國科學院水生生物研究所研究員(2006-2020),入選中國科學院“--”、江蘇省“雙創人才”。現為365英国上市官网在线南海海洋資源利用國家重點實驗室教授、副主任。
從事魚類生态學和漁業資源學研究,主要研究方向包括:1)漁業資源生态學:聚焦早期生活史、繁殖生态學和生活史策略,揭示漁業種群補充規律和關鍵影響因素;2)漁業生物種群動力學與資源管理:解析種群動态特征及其與海洋環境的關系,評估漁業資源狀況,為漁業管理提供科學支撐;3)近海和島礁漁業資源與環境:聚焦熱帶近海和島礁典型生态系統漁業資源和環境狀況評估、威脅、保護、增殖與利用。
主持國家重點研發計劃課題、中國科學院“先導專項A”課題、國家自然科學基金面上項目等多項,發表論文100餘篇,Ecology of Freshwater Fish編委。
學術成果
1)建立了基于形态學和分子生物學相結合的魚類早期個體種類鑒定方法,解決了魚卵仔稚魚種類鑒定高度依賴專家的技術難點,促進了國内魚類早期生活生态學學科的發展。鑒定長江幹流、長江口和東海魚類早期資源種類300多種。
2)系統研究了長江幹流和河口魚類早期資源的多樣性和群落格局,解析梯級大壩和江湖阻隔對長江魚類資源的影響,甄别魚類資源保護的重要江段和典型生态系統,相關成果被長江航道局采納,為航道整治工程的生态設計提供理論和關鍵參數支持,服務于長江大保護。
3)開展重要漁業種群的可持續管理技術研究,提出的刀鲚捕撈管理調整建議被國家漁政局采納【國漁政(船)〔2010〕4号】有關南水北調東線外來魚類入侵研究成果受到國務院張高麗副總理批示。
