個人簡介
廈門大學海洋生物學博士。擔任中國畜牧獸醫學會動物微生态學分會理事，海南省省級科技特派員等職務，入選海南省領軍人才。先後參與承擔國家重點研發項目、國家海洋局海洋公益性行業科研專項和908專項、國家自然科學基金及海南省重大科技專項等課題30餘項。出版專著5部，發表學術論文80餘篇（SCI收錄30餘篇，1篇為ESI高被引論文）。獲得海南省科技進步獎一等獎1項（排名3），海南省科技進步獎三等獎1項（排名3）。
學術成果
腸道不僅是消化器官，還是最大的内分泌器官和免疫器官。腸道中共生的微生物，通過輔助消化、合成營養物質、參與防禦、調節基因表達和代謝等，在宿主的生長、發育、免疫和健康等方面發揮重要作用；維持魚類腸道菌群的平衡對宿主健康至關重要。本人目前主要從事魚類腸道微生态和微生态制劑開發應用，以及健康養殖模式構建研究。主要學術成果包括：
1. 已分離獲得20餘株對魚類具有促生長、提高免疫力和抗應激能力、以及增強魚類抵抗病原侵染能力的益生菌；同時對多種益生元和中草藥對魚類的影響進行的系統研究，為微生态制劑的研制奠定了堅實的理論基礎。
2. 開展并構建了多級營養生态養殖技術、駝背鲈健康高效工廠化養殖技術、東風螺工廠化半循環水養殖技術等健康養殖模式。
目前的研究方向主要集中在以下三方面：
1. 魚類腸道微生态的影響因素，及其調控機制；
2. 益生菌、益生元、中草藥等的益生作用機制；
3. 基于微生态學理論的水産動物健康養殖模式構建。
