教授、博士生導師

個人簡介

南海海洋資源利用國家重點實驗室骨幹成員,365英国上市官网在线海洋學院魚類營養研究室學術帶頭人;獲聘國家農業農村部海洋牧場專家委員會委員和海南省海洋牧場戰略研究工作站團隊負責人;獲首批海南省“南海名家”青年項目;獲首批海南省拔尖人才稱号;2008年博士畢業于中山大學,師從麥康森院士、劉永堅教授;2010博士後出站于暨南大學;2013年3月至2014年3月于美國德州農工大學 (Texas A&M University)訪問,與國際著名水産動物營養學家、國際著名雜志Aquaculture主編Gatlin博士合作研究美國紅魚及雜交條紋鲈營養;同時與美國德州農工大學Guoyao Wu(伍國耀)教授課題組、奧本大學Yaxiong Tao(陶亞雄)教授課題組、英國倫敦國王學院Christer教授課題組建立了緊密的合作關系;主持或參與國家科技部重點研發計劃項目、國家工業和信息化部重點項目、國家自然科學基金、海南省現代重點項目等多個國家級、省部級科研項目;截止2020年11月以第一作者或通訊作者在British Journal of Nutrition、Aquaculture、Aquaculture Nutrition等知名期刊累計發表SCI論文26篇,現為水産養殖和營養領域多個國際期刊學術審稿人。

學術成果

首次在國際上較系統研究了虎龍斑的營養需求、代謝、生理、免疫和低魚粉飼料配伍技術,主要有以下幾方面:

1.首次研究并建立了虎龍斑常量營養素需求量數據庫;

2.首次研究确定了虎龍斑必需氨基酸營養,建立了其必需氨基酸需求量數據庫和氨基酸平衡技術體系;

3.首次研究并初步闡明了虎龍斑必需氨基酸營養代謝和營養免疫等功能特征;

4.首次研究并建立了基于雞肉粉、豬血球蛋白粉、普通豆粕、大豆分離蛋白、棉蛋白的虎龍斑低魚粉飼料配伍技術體系;

5.首次研究并初步闡明了虎龍斑體内激素—GLUTs-血糖調控軸;

6.首次研究并初步建立了虎龍斑維生素營養數據庫。

目前的主要研究方向

1.水生經濟動物營養需求、代謝、生理和免疫研究;

2.水生經濟動物飼料蛋白源開發與低魚粉飼料配伍技術研究。
